VISUAL MEDIA POLICY

Photography and filming by parents/guardians/authorised minders during ballet class is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to take photos of your child individually before or after class, however you cannot take photos or videos during ballet class. This is to ensure the privacy and protection of all children and parents.

Upon registering a new student at the Claire Henry School of Dance, you will be asked if you give consent for photos of your child to be used on:

     Social Media

     School Promotional/Marketing Materials

By opting in, you are consenting to the following:

Claire Henry School of Dance will take photographs and videos of students during class as a teaching aid and for publicity, to be used for general marketing purposes (on the School’s website, social pages or other materials).  The School will not publish or post any images (static or moving) of children across any of its online channels without obtaining prior consent, and no personal information will be published alongside images.
